Introduction
Bronz Global Corporation (“Bronze360”) is committed to protecting your personal information and informing you about how we use it. Bronze360 owns and operates the Platform and collects information from you (“you,” “your,” or “user”), the user of the Platform. This Privacy Policy should be read alongside the Terms of Service and is integrated into the Terms of Service as one agreement.
All capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the same meanings as defined in the Terms of Service. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically, as we may revise it from time to time. If you do not agree with or accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety, you must not access or use the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after changes to this Privacy Policy, you agree to accept the revised terms.
Information Collected
At Bronze360, we collect both personally identifiable information (“PII”) and non-personally identifiable information (“Non-PII”). PII refers to information that can be used to identify you personally, while Non-PII refers to information that, on its own, cannot identify you, but may be combined with other data to do so.
PII Collected
You are not required to provide any information when you visit our Platform. However, when you interact with our Platform, we may collect details such as your name, email, address, age, billing information, username and password, business information, company data, financial information, identity verification details, and other personal information. Banking information is stored by our third-party financial partners and is subject to their information collection and retention policies.
Non-PII Collected
When you use our Platform, we may collect non-personally identifiable information (Non-PII) such as your IP address, zip code, browsing history, search history, registration history, interactions with the Platform, usage data, location, referring URL, browser, operating system, data usage, data transferred, and Internet service provider.
Information Collected from Other Sources
We may also collect personally identifiable information (PII) and non-personally identifiable information (Non-PII) from other sources, including financial partners, payment processors, banks, identity verification providers, publicly available information, third-party integrations (such as your bank, payment verification, or account services), and social media advertising partners. We will treat this information in the same manner as PII and Non-PII collected directly from you.

Some of your information may be visible to other users of the Platform to facilitate communication. We will never sell your information without your permission; however, you agree that we may use your information in the following ways:
- To provide services and operate the Bronze360 Platform.

- To enhance and improve user experiences.
- To contact you via email or other communications regarding invoices, inquiries, or updates on products and services offered by our Platform or our partners.

Anonymized Data
Please be aware that we may collect and aggregate personally identifiable information from our Platform and anonymize it for our own research or internal purposes. Once anonymized, this data can no longer be traced back to you.
Accessing and Editing Your Information
If you have questions or wish to review, change, or access your information, please contact us at support@bronze360.net. After canceling your account, your personally identifiable information (PII) may become inaccessible. However, we may retain inaccessible copies of your PII and non-PII in accordance with our data retention policies, which may change without notice.
Data Deletion
Any Bronze360 user can delete their account and all associated data from our systems. To do so, navigate to Account Settings and click ‘Delete Account’ on the Subscription Plan page. Your request will be processed within 24-48 business hours, and we will notify you once the action is complete.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies for marketing purposes and to remember your preferences. Some third-party cookies integrated into our Platform may track your usage and interactions. Disabling cookies in your browser may impact certain Platform features.
Third-Party Access to Your Information
While you agree to disclose your information to Bronze360, we use third-party individuals and organizations to assist in Platform operations, such as contractors, web hosts, payment processors, identity verification services, and analytics providers. We share your information with the following third parties:
- Service Providers: We share information with service providers for tasks like payment processing, data analytics, website hosting, and technical support.
- Affiliates: We share information with affiliates acting as service providers or for internal purposes.
- Business Customers and Other Users: We share information to provide services to business customers or other users.

Bronze360 or other users may link to or embed third-party websites. These websites are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies to understand their information collection practices.
Security Measures
We implement reasonable physical and electronic safeguards to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security, so we recommend taking additional precautions such as using antivirus software, enabling firewalls, and performing routine credit checks.

California Privacy Rights

Age Compliance
We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. Users must be over 18 to submit information through the Platform. If we unintentionally collect information from someone under 18, please contact us immediately.
International Transfer
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your jurisdiction, where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your home country. By using our services, you consent to this transfer. Your information will be handled according to U.S. law and this Privacy Policy.
Merger and Acquisition
In the event of a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. Please note that your privacy rights may change upon such transfer.
